COVID-19 Statement from Pestwise

As the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak continues to challenge our everyday lives, we wanted to take the opportunity to share with you how we plan to move forward.

We are focusing on the welfare of our staff and customers by monitoring and following current government advice and guidelines.

We plan to continue our treatment schedule, where possible, as normal but with a few minor changes. Pest Technicians have been declared essential works, because of the health and safety aspect.

We have introduced a social distancing policy, so the Pest Control Technician will knock your door to let you know we have arrived and stand back at least 2 metres. The operative will be happy to speak to you at the door (at a safe distance), however you do not need to answer the door, as long as there is access to the site we will carry out the treatment as usual.

If you don’t want to speak to the operative at the door, but would like to speak to us, please contact the office directly.
