Insect Elimination & Control
The need to control crawling and flying insects is usually a response to a member of the family or staff’s allergic reaction, i.e a rash or itching.
It may also be a Health & safety issue, as in the case of Flies in and around a kitchen or dining areas.
How we will get things moving
Upon receiving your call or email, we will make a note of your name, address and contact information and make a firm appointment to attend your property at your convenience. Obviously, we will ask some background questions, regarding when you first noticed the effects of the insects and some details about your property, perhaps how many residences, including pets and whether it is a new or reoccurring problem.
We may even ask you to send us a picture of the insect so we can identify it for you, this will also allow us to make some decisions regarding the treatment and to give you some free advice. If you agree to our pricing of the job, we will make a fixed appointment with you to attend the property.
What we will do during the work
You will be given Health and Safety advice by our team member before we start our treatment and he will answer any additional questions you may have. The technician will carry out the required treatment, taking into consideration the risk assessment and the situation.
Surface sprays, pressure sprays, fumigants and Ultra Low Volume misting maybe be required at your premises, so it is imperative that you follow the instructions contained in the report sheet supplied by our technician at the time.
Once the job is completed
A full report will be sent electronically to the client after each and every visit signed and dated by both parties.
In the case of private residents, our staff member will fill out a report sheet by hand and request a signature from the customer.
We will retain a copy of the job sheet for our files, enabling us to refer to it should a problem arise.
Payment will be taken and a receipt will be issued – All work is guaranteed.
Contract customers will be given 30 days credit by arrangement.
