We will verbally agree on a fixed price for the work to be carried out and give you a choice of ways to make payment. You will not be charged for any extra work or services without us discussing the situation with you first.
What we will do during the work
When one of our Pestwise team arrive at your premise, he will identify himself before carrying out a risk assessment and he will willingly answer any questions you may have and explain to you what he plans to do.
When it is safe to do so, our trained technician will solve your Wasp problem using the correct insecticide with the proper application equipment and method within a very short period of time.
Once the job is completed
Our Pestwise technician will then supply you with an electronic or written report containing the details of the treatment, including the product used and the active ingredient and any recommendations.
We will retain a copy of the job sheet for our files, enabling us to refer to it should a problem arise.
Payment will be taken and a receipt will be issued – All work is guaranteed.
Contract customers will be given 30 days credit by arrangement.
